About

I’ve been a REALTOR® since 1999, working with both sellers and buyers to achieve successful closings.  With over 25 years of experience, I have knowledge and understanding of the real estate market and challenging transactions. As a member of the Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS® (GTAR), I’ve had the privilege of serving on its Board of Directors, including as President in 2022. Additionally, I’ve contributed to the Collinsville Area Chamber of Commerce Board as Secretary and Membership Director. Being actively involved in the community where I’ve lived for most of my life is something I truly value.

I was honored to be named one of D Magazine’s Best Real Estate Agents in 2015 and 2016. I’m also a graduate of the prestigious Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program and have received multiple accolades, including the GTAR 2019 Educational Leadership Award, the 2022 Distinguished Leadership Award, and the 2024 Devoted Service Award. 

I’m married to Steve Ritchey, who is the Broker of our firm, Ritchey Real Estate Group. Together, we have three daughters and five grandchildren. My goal is to offer professional, dedicated service to my clients seven days a week while maintaining a strong family balance.
