Agents need to be competent in calculating accurate price comparisons which requires training
and practice. The course will provide basic knowledge to complete a Comparative Market
Analysis (CMA). The course will offer training in choosing comparables, applying adjustments
and acknowledging market conditions. It will cover what determines an appropriate
comparable between properties, how to make adjustments and where to find information to
derive adjustments. The course will provide information that can be used in property
evaluation scenarios and better assist clients whether buying or selling.
