Description

The 89th Regular Session of the Texas Legislature made several major changes to the Texas Real Estate License Act regarding agency practices and paperwork which real estate license holders must follow beginning 01 January 2026. This course begins with a review of important agency topics, followed by an in-depth discussion of the legislative action and any subsequent changes to TREC Rules and forms which arise in the implementation of SB 1968. The course ends with a reminder of proper Intermediary practices, agency-related grounds for disciplinary action, and some agency case studies.
